USA vs Brazil by Dajkula

USA
VS
Brazil
USA has the upper hand when they welcome Brazil for a friendly in Orlando, Florida. USA has a fantastic record this year with 12 wins and 3 draws. They have actually not lost in the last 38 games picking 32 wins with 6 draws. In this stadium the record is spotless with 8 wins so far and the last time they played Brazil here in 1999 it ended 3:0. USA is strong at home and have a good experienced squad for this friendly though some players like midfielder Megan Rapinoe, Ali Krieger, Meghan Klingenberg, Christen Press and Whitney Engen are with their clubs playing the European CL.

Still, the presence of Hope Solo, Rachel Buehler, Christie Rampone, Heather O’Reilly, Sydney Leroux , Alex Morgan , Abby Wambach should be enough to deal with the very young and unexperienced Brazilian side. Brazil has a couple of familiar faces like midfielder Rosana and attacker Cristiane while most of the other players have less then 10 caps to their name. Almost all the players come from the Brazilian league and most of them from the club Ferroviaria. That could be an advantage in a way but I just can`t see them dealing with the quality USA has. The Brazilian coach is building a new team and in the future they could be on top but that shouldn`t happen today.

The odds are not great but are realistic for a home win.
