PSG vs Monaco by Marlo
Reigning Champions PSG will face the current leaders Monaco.
This should be an entertaining affair as both teams look to get a victory and a draw looks well on the cards too. However, I can't help but feel we will be treated to a few goals here.
Here are the facts: PSG find themselves in 3rd place with a couple of draws but have bounced back nicely with three wins in a row. They will be boosted by their 4-1 away win in Greece.
On the other hand Monaco have invested in their team and the rewards are there for all to see with their 4-1-0 start to their campaign. Expect them to be in Europe next season, barring a natural disaster.
PSG have no new injury worries, but they will have to do without defender Alex (played in all five previous matches) and midfielder Pastore (played in four of the matches). For Monaco midfielder Toulalan is doubtful due to groin problems (he started in four matches), while forward Germain (sub in two matches) and midfielder Dirar (did not play this season) are out with injuries.
I like the look of Monaco and odds are luring but I can never oppose PSG on home turf.
As such, I will opt for both teams to score as I can see Monaco getting a goal and PSG have enough power to score too.
A 1-1 draw can well be the case here.
