Swansea -0.25 @ 1.98 ladbrokes
I picked out Swansea midweek to beat Valencia and that came in with ease. I played safe and could have taken risk for even better results as Swansea cruished 3-0 away from home in Spain.
I am gonna reward them by taking them here again - I do worry about the effect of the midweek game against a team that has been rested.
Nevertheless, Swansea are a class above the newly promoted Crystal Palace and should see them off here.
Here are the facts - Crystal Palace have one win, no losses and 3 draws from the opening round of fixtures. Halloway employs an attacking brand of football which leave them vulnerable at the back which will delight Michu and Bony. I see either or both scoring. Dikgacoi who was sent off against United. Defender Ward will sit out too. Captain Mc Carthy still sits out as well. They lost to Manchester United 2-0 last time out but they weren't embarrassed by any means and will be up for this game, not sure if they can get a result though.
Swansea are 1 win, 1 draw and 2 losses to Tottenham and Manchester United so we can let those slide as many teams will lose to those sides. They have beat West Brom away from home and held Liverpool at home, 2 good results in my opinion.
Ashley Williams (Central Defender) is a doubt here after sitting out against Valencia. Neil Taylor and Pablo Hernandez will sit out.
Safe pick : Swansea dnb or dc (for accumulators if you wish)
Risky pick Swansea ft or ht/ft
I will opt for a middle ground with Swansea -0.25 AH. 1/2 stake back if draw
