QPR vs Ipswich Town by UK-Selections
Today, 17 Aug 2013, 16:00
Venue: Loftus Road Stadium (cap. 18.360)
Weather: 20° (light rain afternoon expected)
Most of the public will be sceptic about this QPR, but I see it contrary - last season (in Premier League) when they had players like Loic Remy, Jose Bosingwa, Esteban Granero, Ji-Sung Park and Djibril Cisse, almost no one expected to see them back in Championship. But it was a time where the team chemistry isn't on good level, something different at the moment IMO with Harry Redknap replacing the ex star players with good players with Championship experience, hungry to adopt and give 100% in this QPR.
QPR: Armand Traore, Alejandro Faurlin and Andrew Johnson are all unavailable through injury.
Ipswich Town: Cole Skuse and Dean Gerken are doubtfull, while Tyrone Mings (knee) faces a few more weeks on the sidelines.
Now you will ask yourself why I am taking a tricky bet in this -1 EH. The reason is that QPR should have won the last round at Huddersfield Town, not using several chances to win. Today, playing at home where they are very strong and will keen to score in the opening minutes with big pressure, something that I really doubt Ipswich can resist. If QPR scores first, which is very likely in my eyes, it will be a comfortable win till the final whistle. Good luck!
