Hibernian vs Motherwell FC by Mrgol

First round among two teams weakened after the summer - as most part of Scottish teams, anyway- but hosts seems in teh worst conditions at least for this match.

In the market Hibernians lost most part of its attack, with the sales of topscorer Griffiths (23g) and second scorer Doyle ( 10g).

Otehr regualrs are gone and their weakness was already evident in preseasons matcehs, with no good results and specially in first competitive matches, in which shown a very poor defense, losing both legs of EL qualification against malmo with an aggregate of 9-0

Situation in defence remain very bad for this match, with the absences of defenders McPake, Clancy and McGivern, all usual starters last season and also youngsters Forster and Donaldson are out

Only on Thursday, hosts signed a new defender, but with only few days it is difficult that he will be already gelled with the rest of an anyway nex defence.

Another regular, midfielder Cairney ( 2g last season) is also out and also the new striker arrived to cope the losses in attack - also third scorer Wotherspoon (4) was sold - Vine is unavailable.

Motherwell started the season with the home loss in EL against Kuban.

With two goals of disavantage on their own field, shouldn't have great hopes to regain the disavantage in the very difficult Russian transfer, so should make 100% seriously this match also if also for them there is a much changed team ( gone regualr keeper and first two scorers, among others), but at least they have no so many missings - only youngster Murray( def.0) is out - and a team that already played one competitive match
