Liverpool vs Nacional by Snake
Liverpool are on the 8-th place after 7 games in the Uruguay Primera. The team started bad and suffer 2 losses at the start of the new championship - (0:1 to Danubio and 1:0 to CA Cerro)
After those 2 dissapoiting results , the team showed totally diffrent face in their next games and now are unbeaten for 5 rounds. In all those 5 games, Liverpool have scored and concede in each game. There were some big results - 4:2 victories over Defensor and River Plate at home and a 3:3 draw against Bella Vista.
Striker Facundo Barcelo (6/4) is back in the squad , after missing the game against Central Espanyol last weekend due to suspension. The young striker scored a hattrick against River Plate and showed that he has future in the team.
Club Nacional is the dominating force in Uruguay in the past 2 years. The team won the titles in 2010/2011 and 2011/2012.
Now with their Copa Libertadores perfomance (witch is also impressive as they managed to qualify for the direct elimination phase) the team left the national championship in the background and conctrated mostly in the biggest south american tournament.
Nacional will play their last Libertadores game in the midweek where they will travel to Ecuador to face Barcelona SC. Still the coach has named a pretty strong line-up for tonight:
Leonardo Burian; Christian Nunez, Adrian Romero, Cortes, Diaz, Diego Arismendi, Israel Damonte, Nicolas Prieto, Juan Albin, Ivan Alonso and Gonzalo Bueno.
Cortes and Diaz are back in the squad after injuries , while wing-back Scotty (4/1) is out injured.
Nacional could have problems tonight against strong Liverpool , so the over is better option for me here , rather than away win.
