Struggling Bury will host Tranmere in the 26th Round of English League One

It's not often you find such enticing odds for a top of the table team that is travelling to a team third from bottom. However, when such an opportunity presents itself, it must be taken.

Tramere are the top ranked team in English League One after 25 rounds. They have played 25 games and have collected 47 points with a healthy +17 goal difference to go with it. They are travelling on the back of two consecutive wins, (WWLDD) being their last five games results. Perhaps this run has contributed to what I would consider to be very reasonable odds.

Hosts are ranked 22nd of out 24 teams. They have collected 21 points from 25 games and have a -14 goal difference. They are without a win in 9 games with 3 losses and 6 draws. The stats aren't promising and should worsen at the end of this match.

Tranmere were given a boost last weekend as their win coupled with Sheffield United's shock home loss to the lowest ranked team (Hartlepool) allowed them to return to the summit. I reckon they would want to hold on to it and this game provides ample opportunity for such a scenario. I have been a bit late and the odds have dropped a bit but they are still very enticing and I will oblige at these prices. I will go for the round ball here as it gives us security in the case of a draw. An away win is likely here and I hope it proves the case. Considerable points and quality gap here.

All the best.
