Kasimpasa vs Goztepe by Pacifier

Kasimpasa
VS
Goztepe
Kasimpasa could not hold on for the draw last weekend against Antalyaspor after being reduced to ten men. That continued their run of very poor form and that defeat made it four from their last six games. They find themselves level on points with Genclerbirligi who occupy the 16th and relegation position on eight points from nine matches. They are a bit better at home though with just a single loss at home which came disappointingly against Sivasspor by 3-2. Before that defeat, they had been undefeated in three home games drawing two and winning one with one of the draws being against Besiktas. Bengali Koita is out with a long term injury and is joined on the sideline by Michael Rangel who got sent off in the last game.

Goztepe are flying after being back in this division and sit pretty in 2nd place with seventeen points from nine games. They are the division joint top scorers alongside Galatasaray and will fancy their chances of scoring a few here against one of the division worst defense. They will have been disappointed with the manner of their draw last game against Alanyaspor where they conceded two goals within the final three minutes to give up a 3-1 lead and settle for a share of the spoils. The division top scorer Jahovic will lead the line again with the supporting trio of Bingol, Castro and Scarrione in a very dangerous attacking quartet. Beto and Peybernes were injured in the game against Alanyaspor and it is unclear if they will be fit to start this game.

This is a game between two team in contrasting form and in opposite end of the table. While Goztepe will hope to stay close to the top with a victory today, the host simply need the points to move clear of the relegation places and while it is unclear who will simply put in the better performance and ultimately claim the points, both teams are good in scoring goals. Kasimpasa averages two goals at home while Goztepe averages two goals away and I quite fancy this game to be another entertaining high scoring game which should see goals on both ends.pin
