Manchester United were heavily criticised for their tactics against Liverpool but Mourinho could care less as a point away at Anfield is good enough for him. He is likely to switch back to a preferred 4-2-3-1 formation with Lukaku again in attack and supported by Martial, Miki and Mata. Pogba and Fellaini are still out so, Herrera and Matic should continue together in central midfield. Bailey appears to still be out so we could see a Jones- Smalling partnership and the ever reliable De Gea will start in goal. United are still in superb form and have five wins from their last six games and got an important away victory in the champions league, beating Benfica by 1-0.
This is another test of their mettle as they lost the last one against Tottenham by 4-0 on this ground and should fear another drubbing if United get back into scoring mood. They are unlikely to trouble United much and will not pour men forward in search of goals. Their most likely route to one will be on the rare chances of a set piece which United tend to defend very well against. At such I take the generous looking quote on United winning by at least two goals which looks very probable here considering the difference in quality between both teams.
