Vaasa VPS vs Lahti by Mrgol

Vaasa-VPS
VS
Lahti
So high odds for Lahti considering that guests remain in race to join European place in last two matches of the season are explained by the fact that this target remain quite difficult to reach and the bad form of Lahti, that comes from thrtee consecutive losses.

But at least guests have motivation, while VPS is safe from relagtion and in bad form, too with only three draws in last eleven rounds.

Hosts have missings, too, cotopscorer Lahde ( 6g) and Vitikko ( midf.20+3), while other players as Sohna ( midf. 15+12), the other topscorer Vathera ( 6g) is major doubt, second scorer Morrisey, 50% doubtful, in doubt also def. Lahti ( 20)

Considering the fact that hosts played in so bad way for last three months, surely will be not this meaningless match to give them motivations to win and probably to risk important straters not fully fit.

In spite of its last bad performances, Lahti remain the second best away team, regular keeper Vasutyn remain out, but was also out in last month, only new problem is Taimi ( def.18+3 1g), but they recover some players respect last match.

Against a team without motivation, in freefall and probably without the best power in attack, Lahti can win also if real chances to gain an european place remain slim

Good Luck.

In Finland most surprises happen in these must win situations. Somehow Finnish teams just fail when they need to deliver the result. And players who play without pressure succeed (for to have a good ending, and a job with salary at next season also).

Other than that I think FC Lahti is at the moment a stronger team. Being a Finn I just know this tendency for top teams to fail in this kind of games. But odds are little too high for FC Lahti so they are playable. Not saying that.
