Chelsea vs Watford by Danlaw

Chelsea is in what can be termed a crises situation. They have already lost three times this season and now have some important players out injured. With the injury and absence of Ngolo Kante, Chelsea appears vulnerable. It was obvious against Crystal Palace on Saturday who scored a brace against the defending Champions after going all season without scoring at all and even getting a point. Then the 3:3 draw against Roma at home was the alarm bell needed. More so when they now have not just Kante and Moses out injured, but David Luiz and Bakayoko might be miss ing against Watford. Luiz was taken off against Roma due to injury concerns and their Manager, Conte revealed Bakayoko also had injury concerns. These injuries would expose the spine of Chelsea. This is even more so as they play Watford, a team currently oozing with confidence.

Watford currently lies fourth on the table. They are having a good season, especially in front of goal. They have scored in six of their eight matches this season and have scored in all their four away matches winning three and drawing the other one.Watford plays with a lot of confidence and aggression. They showed this in their 3:3 draw against Liverpool and their 2:1 defeat of Arsenal. Now that they see Chelsea is in a bit of an injury crises, I think they will come out even more and try to cause an upset.

There have been over 2.5 goals in four of the last five matches between these two teams, with both teams scoring in three of them. I believe we will see similar scores at the end of 90
