Arsenal has began their season on a positive note after they beat Chelsea last week on pk in the Charity Shield. They looked impressive at times and players like Wellback and Iwobi also shone in that game.

As for Leicester, Craig Shakespeare was given a 3 years contract after he lead them out of the relegation battle and a 12th placed finish. During the off season, they have spend big and brought in Harry Maguire from Hull and Vicente Iborra from Sevilla. The biggest signing was Kelechi Iheanacho from Man City. The striker cost them £25 million pounds.

Arsenal looked sharp against Chelsea in the Charity Shield and is on a good run (7 games winning streak including the Charity Shield) going back to their FA Cup win last season. Last season, Arsenal began the season with a 4-3 loss at home to Liverpool. They certainly do not want to repeat that, especially when the fans are still skeptical of the 2 years contract given to Arsene Wenger. Even though they are missing players like Sanchez and Ozil today, I think their backups will step up today and get their league campaign off to a winning start.
