Sturm Graz vs Wolfsberger by SPC22

Sturm-Graz
VS
Wolfsberger
Sturm Graz welcomes Wolfsberger AC on Saturday for the fourth round of Austrian Bundesliga. It's the so called "Pack-Derby". Therefore there'll be kind of a good atmosphere in the stadium.

Sturm had an amazing start into the season. After a lucky win against St. Pölten (3:2 due to a last minute penalty) they beat Austria (3:2) in a stunning game and also Mattersburg (3:2). Especially the win against Mattersburg was a good effort because Sturm had an intense game against Fenerbahce last Thursday which they lost and therefore won't play in the Europa League playoff round. Nevertheless Sturm is on fire. The games against Fenerbahce were cool to watch because Sturm's young team played an attractive football and you can feel the spirit of the team.

Wolfsberg had a difficult start into the season. Last week they celebrated their first win - 1:0 at home against Altach. Altach is a good team and is in great form, but they are playing Europa League qualification and their roster is very thin. Therefore they can't compensate two or three games a week like other teams are able to do (eg RB Salzburg, Austria Wien). So, it wasn't surprising that Wolfsberg had a good chance to win this game. But it doesn't change the thing that Wolfsberg has a weak and thin roster and that they had lost the last five games at Graz - 4:0, 3:0, 1:0, 2:0, 2:0. As you can see they didn't even score a goal.

All in all Sturm is the clear favorite and if everything will be normal, they will win this game easily. For everybody who needs a save bet, take Sturm to win for 1.60 odds. I have a principle that I won't bet games for under 1.70. Therefore I'll take Sturm -1 (European Handicap). Just because the odds are worth it and the last five games at Graz underline the fact that Wolfsberg is one of Sturm's favorite opponents lately.

Kirikiri, you should be encouraging him not making him feel bad. You can tell a tipster is good by just reading his preview and not looking at his streak. Ya'll think its easy to tip? Why not start dropping your previews rather than insulting someone who is trying. SpC22, please carry on man. You are one of the best on this right now.

This is an astute pick. Sturm Graz are on fire in the league. Their home is a fortress. My personal bet was Sturm win & over 2.5@2.50. That is pure value because whether the away team turns up or not...sturm can score 3 goals on their day which i hope will be today again. Sturm Graz is a delightful team to watch nowadays. All the best
