Atlanta United vs Orlando City by PatrickBateman

In this MLS fixture Atlanta United will host Orlando City.

Atlanta are 4th in Eastern Conference with 33 points. They have been in good form lately, having won six out of the last eight games. Aside from having the best attack in the league, they improved their defensive performances, managing to keep three clean sheets in the last five outings. They are coming here on a three-game winning streak, which concluded on Saturday when they beat Orlando away from home. It was a game in which Atlanta focused on defending and managed to keep their net intact. Orlando weren`t very dangeroud in the attacking third, but were threatening from set-pieces. They could`ve scored couple of goals, but Guzan was at the top of his game, pulling off some magnificent saves. When it seemed like the game is going to finish goalless, in 86th minute Villalba fired magnificent shot from outside and brought Atlanta three points. Atlanta will miss Jones, Bloom, Kann, and most importantly their top goalscorer Josef Martinez.

Orlando are 7th in Eastern Conference with 29 points. They are only one point from the play-off zone, but they will need to improved their form soon if they want to reach it. They have only two victories in the last fifteen games, and their away form hasn`t been solid either. They looked pretty bland against Atlanta, failing to create chances. They looked pretty good in attacking set-pieces, but it wasn`t enough and in the end they lost pretty unlucky. They will surely want to get back to Atlanta, and their chance is coming only a week after, but this time with a two important changes. They have signed Dom Dwyer from Sporting in a biggest transfer in MLS history, and Cyle Larin is back from the Gold Cup. They have been missing prolificness in front of the goal, and Dwyer should certainly bring something in the attacking department. Orlando will also come here with only couple of missings, with Ramos being out injured and Alston being questionable.

These two met only a week ago in an important match, and this time it will be no different as both teams are figthing for the play-offs with only four points dividing them. Atlanta have been great at home, having won last six games, while Orlando have been rarely picking up points on the road. Atlanta`s main strength this season has been their offense, but lately they have improved their defence too. However, at home they tend to play much more open, always searching to outscore their opponents, and 3 or even 4 goals in opponents` net have been often occurence. Last time out I picked both teams to score and over 2.5 goals, and while it almost ended 0:0, the game would have surely changed the flow if Orlando converted some chances in the first half. Also, last time Orlando was without Larin, but now they have him back. But they also have Dwyer, who has been one of the best strikers in the league. Atlanta will surely be searching for another win, and it is hard to see anything but open attacking approach from them. They scored in every home game this season, but kept only two clean sheets, and while they have improved their defence, there is still lot of room to exploit in their back line. And it is hard to see Larin, Dwyer and company missing to do that in their search for revenge. Therefore, both teams to score and over 2.5 goals will once again be my pick here.

If you read this preview carefully...I don't know where you find the elements for basing such a tip...atlanta miss their topscorer, orlando is very bad away and have some missings too...and you are tipping BTS and over 2,5 ???? It's time to take some holidays man, I've already said that but your reds confirm my opinion.
