SonderjyskE vs Helsingor by Hassy
Sonderjyske secured their first win of the season with thumping 4-1 away win over AaB. Perviously they endured a frustating home draw at home to Randers. The two results seem them sit second in the early days of the league campaign but more pleasing will be the fact that last week's win saw four different goal scorers. I expect them to name an unchanged line going into this game and build on their resounding previous win.
Today's visitors are newly promoted Helsingor. Now, for those not too familiar with Danish football this club were formed only twelve years ago and are not fully professional either. They massively overachieved last season and managed to gain their promotion into the Danish top tier after managing to win through against Viborg in the promotional playoffs thanks to the away goal rule.
As a result, they main and sole aim this season will be to try and maintain their top division status. However, at the moment, based on their opening two performances that seems easier said than done. They lost 2-1 against Hobro in their first game of the season away and then were lost again 2-0 to OB Odense in their first ever top flight home match. I actually watched that match and the home side look utterly woeful. I really cant see where they will be getting their first point let alone a first win and I will be amazed if they somehow turn things around and survive relegation.
There is a massive gap in the quality difference between these two teams, and given how Helsingor have started the campaign all roads lead to a routine and comfortable home win.
