V. Williams vs Muguruza by Stanioooo

Wimbledon final match between Venus Williams and Garbine Muguruza

I haven't been surer about anything in the recent weeks than Venus will lift the trophy tomorrow. After all her personal problems connected with the deadly driving accident, she is concentrated on the court more than ever. Now with the absence of her younger sister she is the one to defend the pride of their family. I have no doubt she will prevail over Muguruza in the final easy or hard.

Venus and Garbine have lost only two sets till now(one set for each of them), so they will go in this final very confident in themselves. None of them is the favourite here and only because of the higher ranking Muguruza is rated at 1.70-1.75 while Williams 2-2.10. Williams is with 7 GS titles in her career, while 5 of them are here in London, so she perfectly knows what to do when she has to make the final step in this torunament on grass. Yeah, the last one is in 2008, but it's an experience which can help her a lot tomorrow(all of these played finals). Garbine Muguruza has 1 title and it's on clay in Roland Garros. Here in Wimbledon she is a finalist for the second time in her career after the final she played in 2015 against Serena Williams, when she lost in straight sets.

They have 4 matches and 3 of them were won by Venus on hard courts, while the only win for the Spaniard is in Rome this year on clay, which is not so surprising. They haven't play on grass till now, but I expect Venus to be the dominant one tomorrow with excellent service as it was during the tournament and to win the title after this long long waiting in the last nine years for a grand slam title.
