Round 42 of 46 in the English Championship and it could be a night to remember for Brighton & Hove Albion. They are just 1 win away from a return to England's top flight, the Premier League, which would end a 34 year exile out of the top flight.

The Seagulls, currently with the leagues best home form with a staggering 51 points from their 21 games, have the chance to reach the Premier League in front of their own fans as they host relegation candidates Wigan Athletic. With their superior goal difference over Huddersfield Town 3 points will be enough and Hughton will no doubt go strong against the Latics fielding all of their top guns such as Hemed, Murray and the Championship player of the season, Antony Knockaert.

Wigan do come into this game off the back of 2 home wins against Rotherham and Barnsley both by the score of 3-2. But this is hardly ground breaking as Rotherham hold the football league's worst away record and Wigan were trailing 2-0 to Barnsley until a late hat-trick from sub Nick Powell earned the 3 points.

Wigan could also be missing a few players as forwards Omar Bogle and Will Grigg are both expected to miss the game at the Amex Stadium. With Powell likely to start on the bench again, Obertan will likely lead the attack and he isn't even a striker.

The Seagulls will likely wake up Tuesday morning back in the Premier League.
