Man Utd (5th) are five points off a Champions League spot but their recent form needs to improve if they are to close the gap on their rivals Liverpool and Man City. They have won two but drawn four of their last six home games, drawing 0-0 with West Brom (8th), 1-1 with Bournemouth (11th), beat Watford (12th) 2-0, drew 0-0 with Hull (18th), drew 1-1 with Liverpool (3rd) and beat Middlesbrough (19th) 2-1. They have had their struggles with some of these teams who like to keep it compact in defence, and without the likes of Mata and Pogab once again, they may have some problems breaching this Everton defence. Even though Ibrahimovich is back, he needs the service in order to get the goals they need, but without his two main suppliers, then it could be another frustrating game for him and the home side.

Everton (7th) can overtake Man Utd on goal difference with a win here.Though they lost 3-1 at Liverpool (3rd) and 3-2 at Tottenham (2nd) , they had done well in previous road games, drawing 0-0 at Middlesbrough (19th), drawing 1-1 at Stoke (9th), won 1-0 at Crystal Palace (16th), drew 2-2 at Hull (18th) and won 2-0 at Leicester (13th). It is tough task to win at Old Trafford, but like them to get at least a point here, as their defence will not have to face with the same mobile attackers Liverpool had in Firminio, Countinho and Mane, as Ibra likes to get the ball into his feet. One player who should be up for this game is Lukaku, who is still upset that he was not retained by Mourinho at Chelsea, and expect him to use his size to make things difficult for the Man Utd defence that is missing Phil Jones and Chris Smalling. Like the away side to get at least a point here
