Tottenham (2nd) have won their last three games, but they have been at home, while on the road, they have won just two and drawn three of their last eight away games. They lost 2-0 at Liverpool (4th), drew 0-0 at Sunderland (20th), drew 2-2 at Man City (3rd) when they came back after being down 2-0, easily beat two of the lesser sides in Watford (14th) and Southampton (10th), both 4-1, but lost 1-0 at Man Utd (5th), lost 2-1 at Chelsea (1st) and drew 1-1 at Arsenal (6th). Tottenham, Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal all have better home records than Burnley, who actually have won more points at home than Man City and Man Utd.
Burnley face a tough task here to beat Spurs but they are without their leading scorer Harry Kane while Danny Rose has been an important part of the defence and he too is out. Burnley are rested as not many of their players would have been on international duty, unlike Spurs, so that is another thing in their favour going into this game. Burnley's home record is very good and though they may not win this game, believe that they are more than capable of getting another point against one of the better sides in this competition.
