Tottenham vs Chelsea by Rahul

Chelsea have looked extremely dominant in their recent outings, now extending their winning streak to 13 straight victories and all of that has been on the back of some strong defensive abilities where they have now kept 10 clean sheets, and conceded just 4 goals in that streak. Chelsea looked a bit vulnerable on the weekend after the exhaustive fixtures, but the good 3 day rest should see them back in rhythm for this game against Spurs. On the offensive end, they have been extremely lethal especially with Diego Costa netting 14 goals and 5 assists in 18 games while Hazard has 9 goals in 18 and Willian 5 goals in 10. The speed of the counter-attack has been instrumental in their success so far this campaign and while they will face a double pivot of Wanyama and Dembele in this encounter, Chelsea have shown to over come that in victories against Man City, Tottenham, Man Utd and Leicester City already this campaign.

Tottenham have started building some steam with 4 successive wins on the bounce but all of them have come against bottom half tables like Hull, Burnley, Watford and Southampton. Harry Kane has been in good form along with support from Dele Alli; who will be monitored really closely by the likes of Kante and Matic to keep them quiet in this encounter. Tottenham's strength comes from the wing play of Walker and Rose that will push the Chelsea 3-5-2 into a 5-3-2 and could help them create opportunities for the front players. Tottenham will know that the Chelsea team has been a bogey one for them with just 1 victory in their last 15 games between the sides.

This game looks a tight and difficult one, and the result could go anywhere. While I feel Chelsea have the firepower to deliver a result, I am going to keep the Draw No Bet as insurance while backing Chelsea tonight.
