Leeds vs Rotherham by Scully99

Leeds
VS
Rotherham
Leeds are a much superior team who under Gary Monk have settled into a solid unit and should carry on their good form with a win today.

Leeds are a side really on the up and I would be very surprised if they were to not win here. Leeds have only lost 3 times in their last 14 games and only 1 in their last 11 home games and that was to Newcastle so no real shame with that loss. Not only have they not been losing at home but they have won most of the other 10 games having only drawn 2 and one was in the cup. The three losses home and away were to Brighton, Leeds and Liverpool, so the two best teams in the championship and a premier league side. No shame their. They have beaten teams like Reading, Norwich and Villa in that time as well proving they can be real contenders for promotion but they need to win games like this to be promotion candidates. Also they are likely to welcome back top scorer Chris Wood and midfilder Pablo Hernandez to the side which surely can only help them.

Rotherham on the other hand are the opposite and a team on a real low at the moment, certainly away from home. Rotherham have only won 2 of their last 24 games and they both came at home. Away from home they have an abysmal record of 1 draw in 12 away games which is just incredible. Its not only the losses that are bad its the amount of shots they allow other teams to have. In recent away games against Wednesday, Fulham and even Burton, they have let 23,30 and 16 shots on their goal respectively and with give that sort of amount of oppertunities to the likes of Chris Wood and they're asking to be punished.

This surely all amounts to a Leeds win, surely. I can't see anything other than a Leeds win if stats, form and performances are anything to go by.

Statistics don't play matches. Be very careful with struggling teams
