Harrison vs Dodig by Iniestaone
Both of them play their best tennis on hardcourts so there is no real surface advantage here. I'm basing my bet on Harrison to win in two sets mainly on the poor form Dodig is in, he is 31 years old but watching him play these last few months you could easily take him for a 36-year old playing his last season. He had a miserable time after the grass season ended as he lost 9 matches and won 2 - those two wins came vs Berankis and Setkic, and amongst the lost matches he recorded straight set losses to players like Monteiro, Setkic, Elias, Istomin, Gombos and Jaziri. Dodig looks slower than usual and his clever serve is failing him.
Harrison has not played since his exit from Paris in the quals where he retired vs Herbert, that was 30/10 and a result of playing a lot of tennis in 2016. He had no points to defend after Paris and made a wise choice not to play any of the challengers available in November. I rate him as the better player between them overall right now, and considering Dodig's poor form I can only see Harrison taking a comfortable win here.
