Kilmarnock FC vs St. Johnstone by AhStreak

We turn our focus on the action at Rugby Park where Kilmarnock look to get themselves back into the top-six before enjoying a few days off.

Kilmarnock held a 1-1 home draw against Inverness and St Johnstone held a 1-1 home draw against Motherwell in their previous league matches.

The hosts sit at the moment at the 7th place of the table with 19 points, while the visitors are 5th with 24 points and one match less.

Two points picked up from the last nine available for Kilmarock isn’t the form of a side with any kind or real ambitions, and one win managed from their last seven starts, well that’s difficult to get excited over, even for the dyed-in-wool fans.

The hosts hope that striker Kris Boyd will be available tonight, missing the matches at the last couple of months because of injury. At the same time, five first-team players remain on the sidelines. The visitors suffer from many absences at their offensive line, with those of Coulson and MacLean being the most important.

On the balance of things I’m expecting a very tight game on Friday. Both of these sides have proven difficult to beat of late and both seem to have a penchant for draws.

I expect low scoring game, and the most probable result here should be draw, 1-1 or 0-0!

Well done on this winner and good luck, over abd unders go wrong fast. Just a friendly reminder from a seasoned bettor.
