Zalgiris vs UNICS Kazan by Lloyds

Zalgiris will try and get their 2nd Euroleague win in a row when they host the Russian side UNICS tonight. The Lithuanians shocked Efes on the road, grabbing a huge road victory (84-71), thus improving their chances to get into the playoffs. UNICS are still trying to find their form on the road (1-5), having lost 3 straight when travelling.

I expect this matchup to be of a faster pace, because the visitors from Kazan score a lot of points in transition, while also leaving a lot of space for the opposing offenses. This could bring some positive effect for Zalgiris's backcourt, especially sharp shooter Kevin Pangos. Pangos has made at least one three-pointer in 8 consecutive Euroleague matches and he had a terrific shooting display from 3-point range against Efes (5/6), scoring 15 ponts.

I reckon he will have a good game tonight, mostly because team's no.1 scorer Jankunas is having health issues. That could lead to more minutes for Pangos and more opportunites to hurt UNICS from long range.
