Despite the good campaign of the season, Broncos is in a very complicated situation to reach the playoffs. With the team losing to Tennessee Titans last week, the team has pretty much bid farewell to the division and now has to go wildcard. The team has the most complicated regular schedule of that final season of the championship and will have to overcome if they want to play in January. However, beating the team with the best NFL campaign is a good start.
New England game against the Baltimore Ravens last week. All right, that mid-game blackout, in which the Patriots' defense went to sleep, was pretty ugly. But the nearly 500-yard QB Tom Brady front of one of the league's best defenses was sensational. It's amazing that even though he's missing out on the first four games of the season, Brady still has 22 touchdowns and 2 interceptions. If they win at Mile High or the Miami Dolphins lose their game, they beat AFC East.
Even as a visitor, I see the New England's superiority in this duel. The team comes from great performances while Denver is under a lot of pressure and comes from a poor game. QB Trevor Siemian gave some flashes that could lead that team to the playoffs in 2016, but recently he has not been doing that. The Broncos' defense was responsible for winning most of the team's games this season and, facing one of the league's best offensive teams on Sunday, I do not think they will be able to have a totally clean performance. I'm in the Patriots handicap, hoping head coach Bill Belichick's team can have a quiet game in Colorado.
