Pistons are 3-2 losing to Toronto just like Nuggets themselves, then having a 3x win streak, but dropping low to Brooklyn nets which was quite a surprise. Their game has not been top notch yet, they are below their last season performence it seems. While Nuggets are digging into a better season seemingly.
Tonight both teams are rested. but have challenges of their own. The question will be wether Andre Drummond from Pistons can perform, against Brooklyn Coach Gundy said "We gave him the first half and the first seven minutes in the second half and he was just, in my opinion, bringing absolutely nothing to the game," Van Gundy said. "I don't know if he was tired or what the deal was, but he didn't bring any energy to the game."
Emmanuel Mudiay from Nuggets was quoted "We just lucked up and got the win, but we've got to learn how to play for 48 minutes, That's the main thing. It seems like the third quarter is the biggest quarter where we come out and jump on teams. We've got to figure out how to play like that for the whole game."
As i have said in past previews i think Nuggets have a talented matureing and underrated team. I think they will be able to take the lead, or at least end in a very close game against a bi polar Piston team
Nuggets might be missing guards Gary Harris and Will Barton again tonight. For Pistons important PG Reggie Jackson will still not be making his season debut.
