Trinidad and Tobago vs Guatemala by Filipson

Trinidad and Tobago have everything in their hands, and if they win they will quality to the next stage regardless of the other results. They have been really good so far, having won 3 and drawn 1 match, with 11 goals scored and 3 allowed, which has granted them the leading place with 10 points. They seem quite offensive-minded, and I really like young 18-years old AZ Alkmaar winger Levi Garcia, who has scored 2 goals so far and shown a tremendous talent. Trinidad and Tobago are quite decent at home, especially against the weaker sides, which Guatemala surely are.

Guatemala have played best they know so far, even beating the USA at home, but it wasn't enough, as they are a point behind the USA, and nobody can expect even in the wildest dreams that the USA won't beat Saint Vincent and the Grenadines tomorrow. They are quite bad on the road, as they've managed to beat only Saint Vincent and Bermuda in the last 14 away games, losing a majority of them. Carlos Ruiz should be their main threat once again, but he is 36 now and just cannot pose some big danger against a firm defence of the hosts.

Trinidad and Tobago won their 2 duels last year, and we cannot count the ones before that as they are simply too old. They are without a question a better side, and they should really win this in front of their fans and secure the next stage in a dominant way. Good luck!
