Bayern Hof hosts Memmingen in round 9 of the Regionalliga Bayern. The hosts are dead last on the table with 3 points and as the newly promoted team they have not brought new energy with them. After the initial 4:2 win against Bayreuth they lost the next 7 games conceding a whoping 23 goals. At home Bayern has 1-0-3 and won over Bayreuth while have lost against Munchen, Rosenheim and Garching.

Hof is also not scoring much lately as they scored just one goal in the last 4 matches. They scored on an away trip to Seligenporten but it was of no consequence as they lost to the lowly hosts by 5:1.

Memmingen is a typical mid table team and they are placed 10`th with 9 points. Memmingen was not good away from home last season but the season before did quite well. In this season they even picked up more points away from home and have 1-2-1 so far and a 8:5 goal difference. After the initial away loss to Buchbach they just demolished Ingolstadt with 1:5 while have taken draws against second placed Munchen II and Garching. Those are the results to build on.

Bayern Hoffenheim also has a few important absences today as Arthur Odenbach(def.0-0), Alex Bareuther(def.5-0) and Ludvik Tuma(def.4-0) are injured while midfielder Kagan Yildirim(6-0) is questionable.

The visitors are without the suspended defender Zweckbronner(7-0) but all olthers are available.

Hof is in freefall and Memmingen has shown to have what it takes to fight the big teams away from home. Only underestimating can hurt them here.
