Paraguay vs Chile by Filipson

Chile surely are the favorites in this one, but it won't be anywhere near a walk in a park. Paraguay have started a bit slower, but they seem pretty dangerous now, as they have 2 draws and a win in the last 3 games, staying unbeaten against Brazil. What is even more important is that are in a very nice scoring mood, as they've scored 2 goals in each of those last 3 games, showing one very attacking football. They will go for a win here, especially as they are playing in front of their fans, so we should expect from them to find a way to Chile's net.

The guests are on the 4th place and there is no way they will let it to anyone. Chilean national team has grown into the real South America's giants, winning Copa America 2 times in a row, and they are now favorites against anyone. They haven't been in top shape in this qualifying group so far, having taken 10 points in 6 games, but it is more due to a lack of lack than anything else. Chile are playing very offensively, and the trio Sanchez-Vidal-Vargas has already scored 9 goals, 3 each. Everything is functioning nicely in their squad, and I most deffinetely see them going for a win here, as they need to anyway, because Brazil, Columbia and Paraguay are all the big threats.

This is actually a common outcome when these two teams collide, as that has happened in 3 from their last 4 duels, from which the last one was just a year ago in Copa America (3:2). The odds are great, and given all the facts, I see no reason not to try.Good luck!
