Hiroshima vs Gamba Osaka by Alexis1016

Sanfrecce Hiroshima are a decent home team this season and usually they are scoring goals in front of their own fans. Of course, were games they haven't scored goals at home, but in most of them they have scored at least two goals. Takuma Asano left them in this summer, but they still have plenty of quality in attack, they have good offensive midfielder and a clinical striker like the Nigerian Peter Utaka. Anderson Lopes have some medical problems and most likely will miss this match, but he's only a newcomer and not a key man for the home side.

Gamba Osaka haven't their best season and the defense is not great at all. Also, they are a little bit affected by the international break as they have two key players on international duty. First keeper Masaaki Higashiguchi and full back Oh Jae-Suk are away with their national team. I think Gamba will have problems in goal without Higashiguchi because his replacement Fujigaya is not at the same level.

Both sides have met in this summer in the league, Gamba won 1-0 at home, but I should say it was undeserved because Sanfrecce was a little bit better and deserved at least a draw.. Now, Sanfrecce will play in front of their own fans and I expect a better performance from them. I think they will score goals and will win this match. I will back Sanfrecce to score in both halves, but of course Sanfrecce Over 1.5 is more safer.

So I assume Hiroshima win is a good option as well?

Was beating at home by Kofu, one of the weakest in that leauge a fluke? Under 2.5 seems more real for me.

Maybe, but Gamba are dangerous going forward, but everything can happens.
