Saint Etienne vs Toulouse by Semislav

St. Etienne have started the season with two uncharacteristically high scoring games; a 2:3 loss away to Bordeaux and a 3:1 win at home against Montpellier. Things should start returning back to normal sooner or later as their defense gels, as there were some changes in the summer. They haven't really been too dominant either in pre-season, the first two games or their Europa league games against an israeli underdog.

Toulouse started with a goalless draw away to Marseille and a 4:1 win at home to Bordeaux. The game wasn't as open and end-to-end as the score would have you believe with Toulouse scoring two set piece goals very early on. They have lost their biggest star, striker Ben Yedder to Sevilla and replaced him with the experienced Ola Toivonen. Their second biggest star, striker Martin Braithwaite is out injured and I have serious doubts about Toulouse's offensive power in this match.

Home side will be missing two important offensive players in Hamouma and Soderlund, also missing will be Corgnet, Perrin, M'bengue. I believe both teams will start out carefully given the start to their season and the absences they have and I expect to see a goalless first half.
