Poland vs Denmark by Bulan20

Poland vs Denmark. Denmark had no trouble with Slovenia in the QF and have stepped up their play in the last two matches. Likes to keep the pace high and Hansen and the wings are the main producer up front. Otherwise they are limited on 9m; Christiansen is too weak, Larsen is a good playmaker and a threat but have trouble scoring, Olsen did a strong QF but a lot of the goals was thanks to weak goalkeeping. Toft had a good game on the line, looking really strong but Poland is bigger and not as aggressive as Slovenia in defense. Poland have massive amount of quality but always tricky to know what you get. When fully motivated and get everything to click they can beat any team. Bielecki (and Lijewski) and keeper Wyszomirski was the main reason Croatia was beaten and those players need to perform at their top to threat Denmark here. See no value in Denmark straight here and if Poland can keep up with the pace and not give away too much easy goals to the danish wingers then Poland can absolutely make this a fight to the end. The keeper fight will also be vital, neither Szmal or Landin have worked really well and it was both Green and Wyszomirski that was leading the team in the QF. Poland started strong vs Croatia and think they can do it here too, but see Denmark as the overall stronger team working their way into the game and getting away with the win. HT/FT: Poland/Denmark is the prediction.
