Chelsea vs West Ham by MagicRat

Chelsea come into this match after a poor season last season and their new manager, Antonio Conte, will look to sort them out, particularly at the back. Usually known as a solid defensive unit they only managed to stop their opponents scoring on seven occasions last season and only two of those came in home matches.

Conte is known for organising his teams well to stop the opposition, just as he did in Euro 2016 against very good teams. He will probably have Terry and Cahill at the back who are a reliable partnership with their new signing Kante sitting just in front of them.

West Ham have already played two matches in the Europa League but they will be without Cresswell and their influential playmaker, Payet, is not yet fit enough for a full game and they struggled without him last season.

Bilic is another good tactician and they tend to raise their game against the better teams just as the did in their visits to Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United last season. They didn't concede a goal in any of those encounters.
