Dragons vs Sharks by MagicRat

Sharks finally lost a game last week after a fifteen game winning streak and a sixteen game unbeaten streak. They boast the second best attack and the third best defensive record, whilst their opponents, the Dragons, have the second worst attack.

Sharks will still be looking to finish the league at the top of the table, whereas the Dragons have nothing left to play for. The dragons attacking problems have been evident in the last five matches as they haven't managed to score more than 13 points in any of them and this run includes three home matches, including last weeks match which they lost 12-8 to the Broncos.

Sharks are prolific scorers, however, as they have scored 20+ points in 12 of their last 16 matches, a feat they have also managed in six of their last seven away matches. In fact, in four of those six matches they scored 32+ points.

Sharks also possess one of the best attacking lineups with Barba and Feki both scoring 13 tries this season, along with their top try scorer, Holmes, with 16 tries. They have threats from all angles, whilst the Dragons top try scorer has only scored eight tries.

They lost last week but they still have something to play for and heir opponents are coming into this match having lost their last five matches. When the teams met earlier in the season the Sharks were 30-2 winners. I think the Sharks will record a decent win again here but I don't think it will be such a big margin but they can certainly cover a handicap of -14.5.
