Italy vs Finland by Cobbyj

Italy have a final warm up match in Verona before they make the short journey to France for Euro 2016. They defeated Scotland last match 1-0 in the heat of Malta in a game they dominated but never really looked like troubling the goal. That was the 1st win in friendlies that they have had over the last year. They lost to Germany and Belgium to go with draws to Spain and Romania which was not the best. Italy will likely rotate a few of the team in to the team as the manager looks to make some final changes to the starting line up. This is by far the weakest side Italy have fielded in many years and because of this, they come into the tournament as huge outsiders due to their lack of to talented world class players, but they should not be underestimated.

Finland are in a transition phase and will be looking at players too. They finished in 4th of 6 teams in qualifying. Behind the likes of Romania, Hungary and Northern Ireland which again is not the best. They are in a poor run of form at the moment, having failed to win in 7 matches with 3 draws and 4 defeats, where they've conceded 8 goals to Poland and Sweden in recent friendlies. The captain, Niklas Moisander is still not fully fit and is left out for the match too.

Italy will want a win to boost morale both on and off the pitch but the head coach will take a clean sheet above all here I think. He was happy enough with the 1-0 win over Scotland and will be after more of the same. I'm confident for Italy and will go for the Half time Full time bet for Italypin
