Falkenberg FF vs AIK by ScandinavianSR

The 10th round of the Swedisk Allsvenskan is about to end, and on this very day a match between Falkenbergs (FFF) and the club that holds the record for being the club with most seasons in the top flight: AIK Fotboll (AIK) is taking place.

FFF are, to put it mildly, struggling at the button of the table after picking up just four points from their 9 games in the league. The team has only scored eight goals and conceded an impressive amount of 22 in those nine matches, and they are favourites along with Gefle to relegate without deviation in the end of the season.

AIK, on the other hand, are sixth in the league and they have won their two most recent outings. They qualified for Europe League in last year's season, and they will strive to do so once again. The average amount of goals in AIK's matches are at 3.11, and on the report of these two teams previous fixtures, the average will swell tonight. In FFF's and AIK's five antecedent fixtures, 24 goals have been scored resulting in an average scoreline of 4.8 per game.

AIK have had a terrible amount of lacking points from their opening nine games. A draw with Sundsvall at home, a 4-1 defeat by Norrkoping, a 2-1 defeat by Helsingborg and a draw with Jonkoping. They have to step up, and they do seem to be running into a bit of form with an away victory over Hacken and a 2-0 victory at home against Djurgarden.

If we take a quick look on the unconfirmed, but potential lineups for tonight's game, FFF's Christoffer Carlsson and David Smith are back again, but Striker Hakeem Araba is injured. Vali, Sjostedt, Joza, Nazari, Krizanovic and Jakobsen are, if nothing's come up, all fit to play.

AIK's head coach Rikard Norling has - along with assistant coaches Nebojša Novaković, Peter Wennberg and Thomas Thudin - taken out 18 players for Friday's Allsvenskan away game against Falkenbergs FF. We have Avdić, Blomberg, Brustad, Johansson, Karlsson, Stamatopoulos, Väisänen, Ofori, Yasin, Sundgren, Strandberg, Hooiveld, Eliasson, Salétros, Carlgren, Isak, Affane and last but not least Hauksson.

AIK have to win this match and their form of play definitely falls in with that. At the end of the day, due to the fact that there's an average scoreline of 4.8 goals per game between these two team's previous fixtures, I would love to go and recommend playing over 3.5 goals in this match at a solid 2.85, but my suggestion or proposal as to the best course of action is to back over 2.5 goals in tonight's fixture between FFF and AIK at 1.73.
