Basel vs Thun by Marinos

Basel (14-1-1 @ home) is the undisputed Champion this year in Switzerland and despite the fact that they play for fun in their past games ,they did not turn off their engines since they ensured the title this season and in every game they try to show dominance to their opponents .

Basel is running a streak of 16 games without a loss(last time they lost was Nov 22 /away @ St Gallen ) and in their last game (even though they had players to fill the 18 man squad from the U-21 team) they got an away win against Zurich (2-3) regardless the fact that Zurich was playing their existence .

Basel are also undefeated in the last 12 competitions against Thun.

Basel will go to this game with many absences,Marc Janko (their top scorer (20/16), Michael Lang(22/5),

Daniel Høegh(11/0),Behrang Safari(18/0),Walter Samuel(15/1)are all out, while Renato Steffen(13/7)is back after his suspension.

Thun (4-4-8 in away games ) after the home draw against St Gallen (2-2) lost their hope of getting a spot that leads to a ticket for next years Europa League as now they have to cover in the last 4 remaining games a 6 point differential and 10 goals disadvantage as well.

The distance from the 4th spot is huge and they need nearly a miracle to achieve that, now they have to face tha Champions and their task is anything but easy.

Thun has also many absences for tonight's game ,Dennis Hediger(30/1),Guillaume Faivre(reg goalie 28games),Nicolas Schindelholz(14/0),Andreas Wittwer(20/1),Thomas Reinmann (19/0) and Simone Rapp (26/7) are all out.

Basel in this game is once again the heavy favourite,i will try the goals in this game as both teams will play freely and many goals appear on their games ,Basel is the team with the most games this season tha ended with over 2.5 goals (24/32) and Thun will play to eliminate every possible chance they got to get a ticket for next years Europa league, also Thun had over 2.5 goals in their past 5 games(3/5 with both teams to score).

Everything point that it will be an open game and i believe that we will see goals from both

Since Marc Janko will not play , Matias Delgado(10 g) and Breel Embolo(10 g) ,as anytime scorer (both @2.10 ) i believe it has a lot of value.
Bet 365 still has Marc Janko as a favourite to score (1.66 so don't tell them, lol) but since he will not play the other 2 top scorers of Basel will be most likely the ones to make goals.
