Rostov Don vs Bucuresti by AlQahira

Rostov Don and CSM Bucharest will meet today in the second leg of their clash in the Champions League quaterfinals. In the first leg Bucharest played much better than I anticipated, all the players that were rumored to miss the game with injuries played and Bucharest played pretty well considering that Gullden had a bad match. Jorgensen returned at the RB and her presence there offered much more options at the 9 meter line than in their last matches. Rostov on the other hand is clearly a good team, very strong physically, plays fast handball, a trademark of nordic school of though in handball, not a russian TM, that's Jan Leslie's work. But the russian have been far from impressive. They are short on options at the 9 meter line; Ilina is one of the best center back in world handball, no doubt and she pretty much single handedly kept Rostov in the hunt in Bucharest, but other than that only with Sen, Bobrovnikova and Shymkute without a left handed player on the right back. Bucuresti has reasons to believe that they will play much better than in the first leg; with Jorgensen in better physicall form they will be much harder to counter in attack, and Gullden will probably have some breathing space. I think the odds on Bucharest are way too high I think they have a great chance even at winning this one, but given the bigger picture they could even lose this game by one if there are scored at least 53 goals.pin
