Hobro vs OB Odense by Sors

Hobro come into the game on the back of three consecutive defeats at the hands of Brondby (0-1/away), Viborg (0-6/home) and Midtjylland on Monday (0-3/away), the hosts are now eleven points behind the eleventh team in the standings, with negligible chances to avoid relegation at the end of the season.

In the matter of fact, the club signed with three experienced players in Michael Christensen (def.) from Start, Babajide Ogunbiyi (def.) from Viborg and Hans Henrik Andreasen (midf.) from Esbjerg during the winter break, but the problems continues – in defense, as well as in attack.

In addition to that, motivation of the players is under serious question after the disappointing start to 2016 and for this match the hosts will be without key defender in Mads Justesen, while their top scorer Mayron George (forw. / 6 goals) got injured in the last match against Midtjylland and remains doubtful.

Odense is already without Kenneth Zohore (forw. / 7 goals), who has joined Cardiff City in January, but even without him this team owns enough potential in attack in Lucas Jensen (midf. / 1 goal), Anders Jacobsen (forw. / 1 goal) and Rasmus Festersen (forw. / 12 goals), the guests had some problems in their first match in 2016 against Aarhus (2-2/home), but played well in the next two games and won six points against Aalborg (1-0/away) and Nordsjaelland last Sunday (3-1/home).

Kent Nielsen has a full squad to choose from, Odense is in a good position to attack top 3 and I think that the guests will manage to win three points against the weakest team in the league.

This is not a good bet. It's obviously a table standings bet. Let me explain why it's dangerous.

OB are defensively very weak, having too many inexperienced and young players. The only reason they look a good team, is because they have the league's second best player in Rasmus Falk. It's totally up to him weak after weak, thus making backing them high risk every time.

Hobro has looked game over for the entire season. However we saw on monday, that after they changed their usual defensive approach to an attacking in the second half against Midtjylland, they looked really good. The 3-0

No chance for Hobro joey. Even for a point. 0-2, 1-3.

Hobro have been terrible for long time, but they got Antipas back in attack now, he can be massive for Hobro's attack. OB looking fine last few games, but they are very much up and Down, so this could be massive trap game. I would go for over 2.5 goals, Hobro's captain Justesen is very important defender is out.

BTW Hobro topscorer George is in the squad.
