Peterhead vs Stranraer by Jore

Peterhead welcomes Stranraer tonight for Scotland League One and wants another win to secure it's position for play-offs. They are very strong at offense, score with ease (take a look at latest scores 1:4,1:1,4:1,2:3,3:2,1:2) and even more against Stranraer -at least three goals in six recent matches-.

Last week they won away against Stenhousemuir (1-4) and now sits at the 2nd position. Their first goal scorer Rory McAllister is back and will play tonight, which will make our bet even more easier.

Stranraer is in a very good form, seeking for a play-off position, as they are now very close with Albion Rovers and Airdrieonians (4th & 5th position). Last Saturday won 0-1 away against Albion Rovers. In their last seven matches they lost only from Dunfermline (1st position) which was an expected result.

Important statistic: Stranraer did not scored only in 2 of their 15 last away matches. Since both teams are looking for a position at play-offs and Peterhead tends to be a scoring machine, i don't see any reason to not bet on Over 2.5 goals at 1.60.

There is a thick 'haar' (sea-fog) forecast to come in around 8pm tonight, and Peterhead being right on the coast means it will be at its thickest. Its never been scientifically proven but I guess fog is more likely to favour the home team, tho reduce the amount of goals. That said however if its that bad the game might be called off. The fog will be thick enough affect driving conditions.
