FC Tokyo vs Omiya Ardija
According to the Japanese football pundits the newly promoted Omiya Ardija should be a vulnerable team at the back this season as their back 4 hasn't a big quality. However, they have kept their best offensive players from last season, Akihiro Ienaga and Dragan Mrdja and they have added more firepower by signing some good offensive players like Esaka (he's injured), Nejc Pecnik and excellent set-pieces taker Yuzo Iwakami.
Tokyo were one of the best defensive teams last season under the Italian manager Massimo Ficcadenti, but he was replaced by the local manager Hiroshi Jofuku. He's not Zdenek Zeman, but FC Tokyo should play a little bit more offensive this season. Excellent left-back Kosuke Ota was sold to Vitesse. He was very important for the offensive game of FC Tokyo last season. New signings Yuicho Komano (right-back) and Ha Dae-Sung (CM) will miss this match due to injury. The capital side have a lot of options in attack. In the first two official games of the season the foreigners striker Burns and Sandaza were only on the bench because the local lads Takuma Abe ( a new signing from Kofu) and Riyochi Maeda were preferred by the coach Jofuku. Both are good players and Abe scored against Jeonbuk in the ACL.
I think the chances for over are bigger than the odds suggest.
