Al Mesaimeer vs Al-Gharafa
Here we have the teams with the worst attacks in the QSL this season, but for some reasons I think we will see goals in this match. The coach of Al Mesaimeer said his team will play more open this time because they need the points in their fight to avoid the relegation (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HEjGxnN38b8). Mesaimeer have 5 players injured including the playmaker from Iran, Nouri. Anyway, I think they can score goals without him because they have a decent striker in Erivelto Silva. A former top scorer in Segunda Liga from Portugal, Silva has scored 7 goals this campaign for his new team. Midfielder Pinto Helio is in doubt for this game. Mesaimeer are a poor team at the back. Defender Rafael Amorim who was a regular starter in the first part of the season left the team and he was replaced by a Portuguese striker Anselmo Goncalves. We can see the intentions of Al Mesaimeer in the second part of the season, they will try to score more and to win more games, but they can have more problems at the back.
Al Gharafa have scored only 10 goals this season, but I think they deserved to score more because they played well in many games, but their finishing was awful. Maybe today they will manage to score more because they will face the team with the worst defence in the league (38 goals conceded). They have potential to do this because they have quality players in attack like Dioko, Masoud Shojaei or Yassine Chikhaoui. Their 4th foreigner is the Brazilian defender Anderson Martins. Al Gharafa have also a permanent manager starting with the end of the last year, Pedro Caixinha from Portugal.
