Groth vs Chung by Experttennis

This is one of the safest ones I have for Brisbane .

Young star Chung is the player of the future , excellent ballstriking , quick feet , solid serve and such a stone cold killer like you wouldnt believe . Played his best season back in 2015 , won 5 challenger tournaments and got his best ranking , played well on Grand slams out of which most memorable performance was against Stan where he lost in three tiebreaks and played an even match against the Swiss . Dominated on last tournaments in Asia against players like Wu , Beden and left only couple of games per match to his oponnents on several challenger tournaments . He was just too good .

Sam played a good season but got a back injury late at the end of it and needed operation , hasnt played a single match since the operation and I doubt that he is yet on the competitive level needed and even if he is ready to play I think that the back operation will leave some mark on his serve and on his foot movement at least for the first couple of months on the season . He is a player that looks to overpower everyone he plays , he is one of the most agressive players on the tour and he circles his game around his serve .

I wouldnt place this bet for sure if Groth had some time to prepare himself for the season but from the posts I have seen from him on social networks and everything he still carries some stings and it will be in his mind for sure to not risk too much . I think that he will be lacky on occasions , will be a bit rusty and if that is the case he will lose this one even in two sets .

Also a retirement is one of the options and if he retires in the 2nd set the bet counts which is also something to have on mind .
