Al Mesaimeer vs Lekhwiya by Alexis1016
The defending champion Lekhwiya is back on the right track and now they have 4 wins in a row. Finally they have kept a clean sheet in the last round against Al Ahli in a 4-0 win after an impressive performance. The South-Korean Nam Tae-Hee suffered an ankle injury last round and he will miss this match. He was in a good form, but his absence shouldn't count so much because the opponent is not great. Lekhwiya have a great squad depth and they have options to replace Nam in the first 11. Most likely Weiss will replace him.
Al Mesaimeer had a very difficult season and it's almost impossible for them to avoid relegation this season, but who knows. Anyway, they have the worst squad in the QSL. Their coach Rodion Gacanin said his team will miss many players due to injuries and suspension. Many new faces will be in the starting 11 tomorrow. He didn't said the names of injured players, but midfielder Abdelrahman Samir is suspended. He played all the minutes for Mesaimeer this season.
Even if Al Mesaimeer had all their players available their task was still difficult because Lekhwiya have a better squad than them. Lekhwiya should win another game having in mind all the reasons mentionted above.
