Everton vs Crystal Palace by Marlo
Everton are favourites at above evens but as backers would have found out when they supported them last time out on the road with Bournemouth that it's never easy with Everton and they have been inconsistent too many times this season to back with confidence.
In case you haven't heard it by now, Crystal Palace are a team that fares better on their travels and they have picked up 12 of their 22 points on the road.
Also, considering the less than stellar defence of the hosts, shipping 19 goals to the 14 for Palace and it shows Palace will get chances especially as they sit deep and find space to run into.
The absence of Zaha through suspension is a big loss (Sako, his replacement is also out with a knee injury) and that coupled with the form of Everton attackers put me off backing Palace. I'm keen to oppose Everton but taking the half ball for Palace doesn't appeal as much as I don't believe this is a fixture where a win comes easily. Everton will battle till the very end into stoppage time as they have tremendous fight and spirit and Goodison will be rocking for an equaliser if they trail approaching the end of the game.
Lukaku, Barkley and Gerard Deulofeu will pose plenty of problems but Palace can nullify their attacking prowess and a stalemate is likely imo. Also, Everton played midweek while Palace got the opportunity to rest and be fully prepared for this fixture.
1-1 and 2-2 are if you fancy correct scores market as the bore draw seems less likely.
I will go for level stakes here with this option but feel free to lessen your stake as this is an unpopular betting option which carries risk but reflected in the price. Also, feel free to monitor in play in case you need to cash out for profit with 5-10 mins remaining.
