Sheffield Utd vs Rochdale by Arneytips

Sheff United Team News- Ryan Flynn and David Edgar are out injured while Craig Alcock is doubtful. Mark Howard, Neil Collins and Billy Sharp are expected to start after being rested in the JPT midweek.

Rochdale Team News- Andy Cannon is doubtful after coming off injured midweek. Captain Ian Henderson will start after being rested in the JPT midweek.

Sheffield United have only won once in their last 6 games and need to improve their form if they are to avoid the play offs for another season and gain automatic promotion. They are currently 7th on 17 points and face an inconsistent Rochdale side who have suffered back to back defeats on the road. Rochdale are in 6th place on 17th points above United on goal difference. Rochdale have lost 3 of their last 6 games but have also picked up 2 wins.

Both of these times have lots of goals in their games this season with Sheffield averaging just over 3 goals per game and Rochdale averaging just over 2.5 goals per game. United have only failed to score twice in 11 league games and Rochdale have failed to score twice in their 11 games as well. Sheff United have had both teams score in 5 of their last 6 league games and Rochdale have also had both teams score in 5 of their last 6 league games.

With Billy Sharp on form for United with 6 goals and Peter Vincenti for Rochdale also with 6 goals and the high number of goals that have been scored in these two teams games this season, I can see both teams scoring with ease.

Please Arneytips, note what your sentence"Sheffield United have only won once in their last 6 games", well I doubt where you get your information from, because according to statistics that I have these are the dates and results of these two teams head-to-head. 24.02.15 Rochdale vs Sheffield (1-2 for Sheffield), 13.09.14 Sheffield vs Rochdale (1-0 for Sheffield), 10.04.12 Rochdale vs Sheffield (2-5 for Sheffield), 10.12.11 Sheffield vs Rochdale (3-0 for Sheffield). Please beware not to misled people here or if you want to put on analysis here get accurate information. I think from the above

Benjack, I never mentioned anything of the head to head record between these two teams. Also with head to head records, the squads of teams change substantially over even just a couple of season's. Also I never said that Rochdale would win, my tip is both teams to score. All my information above is accurate as far as I know. Perhaps you mis-read my analysis?

How should one understand the sentence from you ( I quote), " Sheffield United have only won once in their last 6 games". The question is, which last 6 games do you mean?, the last 6 games with Rochdale? ,which I am wondering because statistics shows that they played just four times. Or do you mean the last 6 games Sheffield has played this season in league one? Please try to be clear in your analysis so that everyone should be able to comprehend what you really mean.

If I had meant the head to head record I would have put ".... only won once in their last 6 head to heads vs Rochdale". I think I have made it pretty clear as you can see on my other 3 posts that are very similar that I meant their last 6 league games and normally I would state that. In this case I didn't but I think you're being very pedantic and harsh with your comments mate.

And you are missing the point, if I had gone Win lose or draw market then fair enough but clearly I have gone BTTS and have the stats to back it up which as fat as I can see is accurate and not mis-leading.

I'm hoping English isn't your first language because I'd worried if it is, it's blatantly obvious what "once in the last six games" means. Go back to school before telling an English person how to write in English.

I'd be worried*
