Luton vs York by TFB

This League Two clash sees an in-form Luton Town side welcome struggling York City to Kenilworth Road in a 3:00pm kick-off.

The home side have won 4 on the bounce, and, after a poor start, are starting to find their form and show why they were amongst the favourites for promotion before the season began back in August. Their last match was a 4-1 away win against Hartlepool United which followed a 3-1 away win against Morecambe. Luton have scored 10 goals in this four game winning streak moving them up to 10th position.

Luton Town Team News: Craig Mackail-Smith is a doubt after he came off with a hamstring injury in the 4-1 win at Hartlepool United last Saturday. Paul Benson will also be missing and Paddy McCourt is still away on international duty with Northern Ireland.

The Minstermen make the long journey down the M1 to face the Hatters on the back of a 2-0 mid-week win over Doncaster in the Johnstones Paint Trophy. Their away league form however is poor with only 1 win so far against a poor Newport side. Most recently away from home they suffered a 1-0 loss to Notts County and currently lie in 18th position.

York Team News: First team players Luke Summerfield and Jake Hyde will be absent through injury but striker Rhys Turner is back from being cup-tied and may well start.
