Swindon vs Peterborough by Arneytips
Peterborough Team News- Erhun Oztumer is suspended but Jermaine Anderson comes back after serving his ban. Jack Baldwin, Harry Beautyman and Kyle Vassell are all out injured.
Swindon have been on a poor run losing 4 of their last 5 league games. A poor defeat to fierce local rivals Oxford in the JPT will not have helped a team who's morale is already very low. The fans are getting impatient and there is a lot of pressure on Mark Cooper to turn it around at the County Ground on Saturday. But Swindon's home record doesn't improve their prospects either with only one win in 5 games and have lost their last 3 on the bounce at the County Ground. Swindon will welcome the return of midfielder Ben Gladwin on loan from QPR who scored 11 goals last season but he is short of match fitness.
Peterborough meanwhile have had a mini revival under new manager Graham Wrestley picking up 3 wins in their last 5 games and scoring 15 goals. They are very strong going forward scoring 21 goals this season, only Gillingham have scored more in League 1. Swindon keep the ball very well and tend to dominate possession but they like to play the ball out from the back where they often get caught out and I think Peterborough will expose that with their attacking threat.
With Swindon depleted with injuries and international call ups and their poor form I can see a resurgent Peterborough winning this one.
