Rotherham vs Burnley by FP
Rotherham United start life without manager Steve Evans at the New York Stadium on Friday night and look to be facing a tough task against Burnley.
The Millers have actually won their last two matches to move out of the drop zone, but don’t let that fool you into thinking they will avoid relegation. Having watched them closely this season they do not seem to have a team capable of surviving in this division and whoever comes in as manager should make plans for League One football. Caretaker manager Eric Black is likely to go with the same side that beat Birmingham last time out.
Burnley started the season strongly and look good for a play off place under Sean Dyche, although they failed to win their last two games against strong teams in Derby and Reading they did win their previous four. Rotherham look to be easier opponents than Derby or Reading and offer a great chance for Burnley to get back on the winning trail. Dyche has a selection headache in midfield as Joey Barton pushes for his first start in a Burnley shirt.
I would be very surprised if this Rotherham team can manage three wins on the bounce, especially with losing their manager this week. Burnley look to have firepower going forward and I expect to see them take three points. For extra insurance I will be backing Burnley in the draw no bet market, so if Rotherham park the bus and do manage a draw then I get my stake back.
