Kyrgios versus Ito in R.2 in Kuala Lumpur.

Kyrgios, the aussie is one of the best youngsters on the tour. He hasn´t played that frequently this year, 20/15 record, but when he plays he has done it well. QF in Melbourne (out against Murray), R.3 in Paris (out against Murray), R.4 in Wimbledon (out against Gasquet) and in NY he lost yet again against Murray in R.1. Strong performances in the GS, and most of his appearances this year have been in the bigger tournaments. I feel like he plays a solid game and not get those slumps that many other players tend to get. Won in R.1 against Giraldo with 6-1 2-1 before Giraldo retired, solid but Giraldo is weak on this surface. His strongest weapon is his serve, but also has a powerful forehand imo.

Ito, 27 y.o japanese won against Nieminen in R.1. Job well done by Ito, but the finn is not the player he used to be and I expect him to free fall on the ranks. Ito is a CH player with some good results, especially in Asia. Has a decent serve and forehand too, but at a "CH-level".

Think Kyrgios wants to make a good run in this tournament, he hasn´t played since New York so he should be pumped to make a good effort in this one. Don´t really see where Ito will push Kyrgios, he can rally with him but don´t have the winning strokes. Even if he has a solid serve, he is not a "big" server and wont have that of an easyy time to hold his own games. Think Kyrgios has a good chance of taking this in straight sets with at least a break in each. I´m hoping for the under in this one, and even though Kyrgios acts like a di** at times I´m rooting for him in this. Under 20 games is the bet.

Hopefully for you he won't repeat the behaviour from last year when he said he's had enough tennis, came at this tournament only to play dead against Matosevic and closed his season with that match. :)

I went for kyrgios games won under 12.5 which is pretty much the same because he looked dangerous in the first round and as he says in interviews he's veryy motivated to win his first title here, in Kuala Lumpur. So I hope he will pay my interests :)

@Khum hard to say what goes on it this guys head, but from what I´ve read/heard it seems like he is eager to perform. And like I wrote, I think he more often than not makes a solid performance when he plays. Hopefully he will be motivated enough to cover the line against this lower-level player too.

@and sounds good, went with under since the hcp odds were too low
